RiverFirst | Hall’s Island in the news

On Tuesday, Oct. 24, the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board announced the beginning of reconstruction of Hall’s Island in Northeast Minneapolis. Hall’s Island is part of the 11-acre Scherer site purchased by the Park Board in 2010 and is a RiverFirst Initiative signature project.
