Two Mpls parks benefit from Macy’s point-of-sale fundraiser, through March 31

If you’re shopping at Macy’s in the next 10 days, be sure to Heart Your Park with $1 or more point-of-sale contribution benefiting Minneapolis parks.

Pillsbury Park (or Father Hennepin Bluffs park) and Theodore Wirth Park are the two Minneapolis parks participating in a national fundraising partnership between Macy’s and the National Park and Recreation Association to “give a little love to your park.” Macy’s will match customers’ donations dollar-for-dollar, up to $250,000.

Locally, Macy’s Rosedale, Burnsville and Nicollet Mall are all participating.
