Tuesday, May 19, 5% of Sales Will Benefit the Minneapolis Parks Foundation

This Tuesday, May 19, the Minneapolis Parks Foundation will roll out the green carpet at Whole Foods Market’s Calhoun and Hennepin locations, where 5% of the day’s sales will help us support the Minneapolis parks we all love.

Join us on the green carpet to support the Minneapolis Parks we all love, enjoy one-day only Membership promotions and bring your kids to meet Elmer the Elm Tree – the Minneapolis Park Board’s lovable arbor ambassador.

• Love music? We will be giving away two pairs of tickets to the sold-out Saturday, May 30, Alabama Shakes concert. To enter the drawing, all you have to do is stop by when we’re tabling at the Whole Foods Hennepin and Calhoun locations and sign up for a Free Parks Foundation Membership.
• Love our Minneapolis lakes? From 11am-2pm at both locations (and 4-7pm at Hennepin and 5-8pm at Calhoun), we will be giving away specialized Chain of Lakes depth maps and posters created by local canoe enthusiasts to Evergreen Members who join at the $120 level.
• Love trees? Elmer will be at the Hennepin Whole Foods Market location from 11am-2pm and at the Calhoun location from 5pm-8pm.

Tabling Schedule

• 11am-2pm – Whole Foods Market Hennepin & Calhoun
• 4-7pm – Whole Foods Market Hennepin
• 5-8pm – Whole Foods Market Calhoun
