For a relatively short professional career, Angela Schneider’s has an impressive span: three fields and three states, in twice as many years.

Angela began her career in 2007, as a photographer and reporter for the Livingston Enterprise and freelance photographer for The Associated Press in Montana. In 2010, she moved to Minnesota, where she took a position as writer and photographer for the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board. In 2012, she worked as a Marketing Consultant for Morgan&Myers, a Milwaukee-based public relations firm, before returning to Minnesota.

This not-so-long, but winding, road has led Angela to the Minneapolis Parks Foundation, where she is our first Communications Associate. In this part-time role, Angela assists with telling the story of the Next Generation Parks™, and will lend her writing experience and wonderful photography skills to our website and blog content, social media platforms, media relations and events.
