Vote for Water Works as USA Today’s Reader’s Choice “Top New Attraction”

The Minneapolis Parks Foundation and our partner the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board are thrilled that Water Works Park and Pavilion has been named a top 20 finalist for USA Today’s 2021 Reader’s Choice Award for “Top New Attraction.” Vote here!

USA Today’s editorial team and a panel of experts selected Water Works and the other 19 nominees for this category. You can help us make the top 10 by voting here before Monday, December 20, 11:59am EST.

We share this honor with the Water Works design team – led by Damon Farber Landscape Architects and HGA Architects and Engineers – who brought the community vision to life; Owamni by The Sioux Chef as they lead restoring and centering Indigenous culture at the sacred location of Owamniiyomni (St. Anthony Falls); and the generous donors to the RiverFirst Campaign, who made this project possible. Thank you!
